Quoris is a space to surface civic ideas and understand where people stand. It is not a government agency, election office, political party, or legal service. Using Quoris means agreeing to these straightforward rules.
Use Quoris constructively
You need an account to vote, post, contribute, report, or use local features. Keep your account information accurate, keep your password private, and use a username you are comfortable showing publicly.
Do not use Quoris to post hate speech, harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, violate the law, or publish someone else's private information.
Your content is public conversation
Ideas, reasons, and implementation suggestions are user-generated. You are responsible for what you submit. By posting, you give Quoris permission to host, display, format, rank, and share that content as needed to run the product and its public exploration pages.
Quoris does not endorse every idea or claim that appears here. Vote counts and trending order are product signals, not polling, official findings, or proof that a public body will act.
Moderation and access
We may review reports, hide or remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts to protect people and keep the service usable. Automated safeguards may temporarily hold a submission before it becomes public and route it for moderator review. Those safeguards can be wrong; they are one moderation signal, not a final decision. We do not promise to review every post before it is visible or to keep any particular content available forever.
Forwarding is reviewed, not guaranteed
Some ideas may be assembled into a packet for a verified public contact after administrator review. That is not a promise that an idea will be forwarded, received, answered, adopted, or acted on. Quoris is not acting as your lawyer, lobbyist, representative, or agent.
Service changes
Quoris is an evolving product. We may add, change, pause, or discontinue features. We work to keep it useful, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every piece of information is current or complete.
These terms can change
If these terms change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Quoris after that update means you accept the revised terms.
